Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Worldwide GTM Specialist to lead the global go-to-market strategy for Managed Knowledge Bases. You will define market strategy, build a worldwide pipeline, and align with field sales, specialists, and partners to accelerate adoption.

You will translate complex enterprise needs into clear product roadmaps, enabling thousands of sellers and partners worldwide, while representing AWS in executive-level discussions and market events.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage).
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.

Responsibilities

• Own the worldwide GTM strategy for Managed Knowledge Bases, including market sizing, segments, sales plays, pricing input, and multi-year adoption plan.
• Build and grow a global pipeline with field sales, specialists, partners, and account teams; qualify, progress, and close strategic opportunities.
• Serve as domain authority on enterprise retrieval, RAG, vector stores, connectors and data grounding for GenAI workloads; translate trade-offs into business outcomes.
• Define and scale enablement flywheel: sales playbooks, architectures, demos, workshops, and field training.
• Represent customer voice to product and engineering teams; provide data-backed roadmap input.
• Collaborate on partner and ecosystem strategy to extend reach and delivery.
• Establish goals, metrics, and reporting cadence; deliver business reviews to senior AWS leadership.
• Represent AWS as a thought leader at customer briefings and events.
