Qualifications

• 6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of Data & AI related technologies experience including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage.

Responsibilities

• Own the worldwide GTM strategy for Managed Knowledge Bases — market sizing, target segments, sales plays, pricing/packaging, and multi-year adoption plan.
• Build and grow a global pipeline with field sales, specialists, partners, and account teams; qualify, progress, and close major opportunities.
• Serve as domain authority on enterprise retrieval, RAG, vector stores, connectors, and data grounding for GenAI workloads; translate tech trade-offs into business outcomes for executives.
• Define and scale enablement flywheel: sales playbooks, reference architectures, demos, workshops, and field training for AWS sellers and partners worldwide.
• Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering, shaping a prioritized data-backed roadmap.
• Collaborate to build partner and ecosystem strategy to extend reach and delivery capacity for Managed Knowledge Bases.
• Establish goals, metrics, and reporting cadence; deliver regular business reviews to senior AWS leadership.
• Represent AWS as a thought leader at customer briefings, industry events, and conferences.
