Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Worldwide GTM Specialist to drive growth for Amazon WorkSpaces. You will shape the strategy, define vision, and orchestrate programs to accelerate customer adoption at scale, engaging cross-functional teams to execute with speed and rigor.

You’ll craft differentiated customer solutions, lead enterprise conversations with CIOs and IT leaders, and build repeatable plays that expand the customer pipeline while measuring outcomes and ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• 5+ years working with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, Networking).
• 5+ years in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• 5+ years working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration (Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, Cloud Operations).
• 5+ years working with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience developing strategies influencing leadership decisions at organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives cross-functional and/or spanning business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the GTM strategy for Amazon WorkSpaces, including high-value customer segments and new pipeline.
• Shape the narrative around the future of intelligent workspaces and position AWS as a leader.
• Engage with enterprise leaders and partners to connect challenges to measurable outcomes.
• Build lighthouse engagements and translate wins into repeatable plays for sales.
• Establish data-driven mechanisms to measure adoption and ROI across WorkSpaces portfolio.
• Evangelize WorkSpaces externally and internally to drive mindshare and investment.
• Own the strategic business development plan and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Orchestrate field uptake and execution of key sales plays and programs.
