Job summary

AWS GenAI Specialist SA will partner with customers to design GenAI-driven architectures and modernization strategies, providing expert guidance and scalable solutions within the AWS GenAI portfolio.

As part of the Generative AI Worldwide Specialist organization, you will collaborate with fellow Solution Architects, deliver briefing sessions, and guide adoption patterns for GenAI services. This role emphasizes deep technical leadership and customer-centric problem solving across geographies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in core technology domains (e.g., software, cloud, systems, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 5+ years in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 7+ years IT development or consulting in software/Internet industries.
• 5+ years in infrastructure, database architecture and networking.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer; relay feedback to product teams to influence features and roadmaps.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to GTM teams to unblock critical customer challenges.
• Share best practices through blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public speaking events.
• Partner with Business Development to define technical components of GTM concepts and initiatives.
• Develop and support an internal AWS technical community; create field enablement materials for solution architects.
