WisdomAI is hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting, working closely with Account Executives and marketing teams. This in-office role in San Francisco emphasizes AI-enabled selling, live coaching, and ongoing development in discovery and messaging.

You will use Claude, Wisdom.ai, and other AI tools to research companies, tailor outreach, and prepare for high-impact conversations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience.
• Strong cold-calling skills and confident business conversations.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM.
• Willingness to learn AI-enhanced selling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute a call-first outbound prospecting strategy.
• Maintain high daily call activity with multi-channel outreach.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on territory plans.
• Qualify prospects and book meetings.
• Leverage AI tools to research and personalize outreach.
• Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot.
