Qualifications

• 1–3 years of SDR/BDR/outbound prospecting experience.
• Strong cold-calling skills and confidence speaking with business professionals.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time from our San Francisco office.

Responsibilities

• Execute a Call-First outbound prospecting strategy to generate qualified pipeline.
• Partner with Account Executives to prioritize target accounts and develop territory plans.
• Sell smarter with AI by researching companies, understanding priorities, and building personalized outreach.
• Generate pipeline through discovery conversations and qualified meetings for AEs.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and document conversations and next steps.
• Participate in coaching, call reviews, and ongoing sales enablement.
