Job summary

Stemilt Growers LLC is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to help process customer orders, verify details, and coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain customer specifications, support order changes, and help ensure on-time delivery while collaborating across departments and handling inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; fast-paced environment experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, Power BI; Oracle ERP a plus.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify order details, including purchase orders, pricing and shipping requirements.
• Enter and maintain customer orders in ERP systems with high accuracy.
• Monitor order status and communicate discrepancies to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to confirm availability and fulfillment.
• Serve as a bridge between Sales and Production, Transportation, and warehouses.
• Handle incoming calls, record messages, and route inquiries appropriately.
• Troubleshoot order-related issues and maintain accurate delivery instructions.
• Support occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
