Job summary

Sunsweet Growers Inc. in California is seeking a Sales Service Specialist to manage the end-to-end order process from receipt to invoice, coordinate returns, and provide tracking information for orders in transit.

Under the direction of the Sales Service Manager, you will validate data in SAP, monitor orders, communicate with customers and brokers, run reports, and support the Sales team with data and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience processing orders in a service capacity environment with commercial customers.
• Proficient PC skills: Word, Excel, email; SAP experience preferred; accurate data entry.
• Knowledge of inventory, production and supply chain processes.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or food/agriculture industry preferred.
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of privileged information.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process system-generated and manual orders in SAP, validating pricing and promotions.
• Monitor orders from receipt to invoice for assigned accounts.
• Communicate issues with orders to customers, brokers, or Sunsweet Sales Directors.
• Monitor daily reports to ensure orders are completed, delivered on time, and invoiced accurately.
• Provide administrative support to Sunsweet Sales team, including data spreadsheets and historical data retrieval.
