Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to warmly greet customers, assess their needs, and provide immediate guidance. You will support estimators with vehicle drop-offs, mapping, photos, and paperwork, while arranging transportation and delivering vehicles to customers.

Strong communication with customers, teammates, and vendors is essential to ensure smooth, safe repairs. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer-facing roles; a sales background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure efficient repairs.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Customer Service Consultant to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to properly greeting customers in person or on the phone, determine their needs, and immediately respond by providing guidance and assistance as required, assisting Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging customer transportation, preparing paperwork and performing active customer deliveries while effectively communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs while adhering to all Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.

COMPENSATION

• $16-$20 per hour

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
