Caliber Collision in Lake Worth, FL is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through the repair process in a busy, production shop environment. The role emphasizes friendly, world-class service with weekly pay, overtime eligibility, and opportunities for advancement within Caliber.

Candidates should have 2+ years of customer-facing experience and a valid driver’s license.

Competenze

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Mansioni

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Respond with guidance and assistance to ensure efficient repairs.
• Assist Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for delivery.
• Communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct repairs.
