Integrated Resources, Inc ( IRI ) in Wichita, KS is seeking a Workstation Support Technician for a 12-month W2 contract with extension potential. The role requires diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a Windows environment, with on-site work and occasional remote opportunities.

You will install, configure, and maintain devices, assist with setup of new workstations and user accounts, and provide excellent end-user support via multiple channels.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience as a workstation support technician or in a similar role.
• Proficiency diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a Windows environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with DNS, Active Directory, and VPN.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components on company devices.
• Provide timely end-user support via in-person, remote, email, and phone.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, from basic to complex.
• Assist in setup of new workstations, including user accounts and applications.
• Respond to and prioritize support requests based on urgency and impact.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and printer issues.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventory records.
• Create documentation and guides for common procedures.
• Log issues and resolutions in a ticket tracking system.
• Stay current with workstation technology trends.
• Occasional travel and on-site visits; own driving may be required.
