• 2+ years of workstation support or similar IT helpdesk experience.
• Experience diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues in Windows environments.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software on company devices.
• Provide timely technical support to end-users through in-person, remote, email, or phone.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, from basic to complex.
• Set up new workstations, including user accounts, email, and apps.
• Prioritize requests by urgency and impact on operations.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and printer issues.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventory records.
• Educate users on basic troubleshooting and best practices.
• Contribute to documentation for common procedures.
• Document issues and resolutions in a ticket system.
• Stay current with workstation technology trends.
• May involve travel or client-site work.
