Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Google Workspace Customer Engineer (CE) to partner with Sales and differentiate Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise for customers. You will be the technical partner, addressing questions, running proofs-of-concepts, and architecting cross-pillar cloud solutions that solve business issues.

You will drive technical wins, deliver delivery plans, and present practical solutions to technical and business leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience working on power applications and productivity software.
Experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify business opportunities and resolve technical blockers.
Share Google Workspace expertise to support technical relationships with customers and partners, including proofs-of-concept and RFPs/RFIs.
Architect solutions using Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to automate complex workflows.
Educate partners and customers on agentic capabilities and integrations.
Lead discussions linking business goals to technical decisions.
