Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Customer Engineer (CE) specializing in Cloud AI to accelerate technical wins and adoption of complex workloads in customer environments. You will partner with technical sales teams, write code for prototypes, POCs, and demos, and provide deep technical guidance to customers while shaping product feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) and agentic design patterns.
• Experience with machine learning model development and deployment.
• Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Experience using programming languages to design demos, prototypes, or workshops for customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical win for Cloud AI workloads through the customer lifecycle.
• Provide functional, customer-tailored solutions that secure buy-in from domain experts.
• Provide deep technical consultation and build lasting customer relationships.
• Contribute reusable solutions and assets with GTM and engineering teams.
• Document and prioritize customer feature requests and issues with product teams.
