Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Google Workspace Customer Engineer (CE) to partner with Sales teams to differentiate Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise for customers. You will serve as the customer's primary technical partner, leading technical conversations, architecting cross-pillar cloud solutions, and driving the technical win.

You will collaborate with product marketing and engineering to stay ahead of industry trends and deliver practical, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience working on power applications and productivity software.
• Experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams to differentiate Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to customers.
• Serve as the customer's primary technical partner and trusted advisor.
• Architect cross-pillar cloud solutions to solve business issues.
• Drive the technical win and define delivery and consumption plans.
• Use presentation skills to engage technical and business leaders; collaborate on solutions.
