IWG plc is seeking a Community Associate in Kennesaw, GA to support daily center operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will assist customers, coordinate services, and help with event planning to foster a vibrant community within the center.

This on-site role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on creating a welcoming experience for clients and guests.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and requests across the center
• Manage center services such as Wi‑Fi, mail, printing and invoices
• Organize networking events and coordinate with the City Manager
• Direct customers to resources and ensure a positive center experience
