Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist center customers with requests and inquiries.
• Coordinate day-to-day center operations and administrative support.
• Assist with tasks like Wi‑Fi changes, package pickups, directions, and room setup.
• Manage service tickets and ensure accurate invoicing for services used.
• Support networking events and customer outreach within the center.
