Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a dynamic Workplace Solutions Manager for an on-site role in Washington, DC. You will lead the delivery of integrated workplace services, combining hospitality, operations, and employee engagement to support a premier corporate client.

In this leadership position, you will oversee reception, events, mail and office services, and collaborate with Facilities, IT, Security, and Food Services to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in workplace services, hospitality, facilities, operations, or corporate services.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience leading customer-facing and operational service functions.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the workplace experience, developing strategies to boost engagement and culture.
• Oversee front-of-house operations including reception, concierge, events, and guest management.
• Manage back-of-house operations such as mail, supplies, and space planning.
• Build and coach high-performing teams; manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Track KPIs and SLAs; drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Facilities, IT, Security, and Food Services to ensure seamless operations.
