Job summary

SPS is seeking a dynamic Workplace Solutions Manager in Washington, DC to lead integrated workplace services for a premier client location. This on-site role combines hospitality, operations, and vendor management to deliver exceptional service for employees, guests, and stakeholders.

You will drive engagement, manage both front- and back-of-house operations, and lead teams to achieve KPIs, SLAs, and cost efficiency. EEO and strong growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in workplace services, hospitality, facilities, or corporate services.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience leading customer-facing and operational service functions.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workplace Experience and drive engagement, productivity, and culture.
• Oversee front-of-house operations including reception, concierge, and events.
• Manage back-of-house operations like mail, office services, and logistics.
• Build and coach high-performing workplace service teams and manage vendors.
• Track KPIs, SLAs, and budgets to optimize service quality and cost.
