Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors, IT teams and stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members while maintaining service standards.
• Manage vendor performance, contracts and service quality.
• Oversee office space utilization, maintenance needs, and continuous improvement.
