Job summary

SPS is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor in New York, NY to lead workplace experience programs, food service and event management. You will partner with SPS leadership, manage budgets, vendors and a team to deliver high‑quality experiences for employees and clients.

The role demands hospitality expertise, strong planning skills and the ability to drive engagement across events, curated experiences and organizational culture. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in hospitality, workplace experience, event management, hotel operations or corporate hospitality.
• Experience managing events from small meetings to large gatherings.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the workplace experience team (food service, catering, events).
• Coach teams on service excellence and client engagement.
• Oversee food service/catering operations for daily programs and special events.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets and cost optimization.
• Lead on-site and off-site employee events and client-facing functions.
• Develop and execute an annual experience calendar focused on wellbeing and engagement.
