Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Supervisor, Workplace Experience to lead a team of four Concierge Associates in our Minneapolis office. You will oversee daily concierge operations, maintain presentation standards, and serve as the front-line ambassador for employees, clients, visitors, and partners.

You will plan and execute meetings and events, coordinate conference room setups, catering, AV, and ensure a welcoming, professional workplace.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a small team in a hospitality or facilities setting.
• Strong customer service and event coordination skills.
• Experience with meeting room operations and catering logistics.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four Concierge Associates and coach performance.
• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and hospitality standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings and corporate events.
• Manage conference room readiness and AV support coordination.
• Coordinate catering, pantry services, and hospitality spaces.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and ensure safety and cleanliness.
