Job summary

SPS Global is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to elevate on-site event experiences for clients and visitors. You will coordinate with facilities, manage setups, and deliver hospitality excellence to ensure memorable events.

In this role you’ll handle event planning, client engagement, logistics, and risk awareness while maintaining high standards of service. A strong communicator with 3+ years in event support and hospitality will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of prior experience in event support, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of customer service and ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Facilities Management and other relevant teams to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
• Support with equipment and furniture arrangements according to event specifications.
• Identify and elevate potential security risks or privacy concerns and participate in Crisis Response Team.
• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all event attendees and manage personalized guest needs.
• Monitor event proceedings and resolve issues promptly to meet client expectations.
