Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager in the United States to lead a team delivering concierge, reception, meeting & event management, and related administrative duties. The role focuses on world-class client service within a designated building and requires strong people leadership.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, and build trusted client relationships while driving process improvements and vendor coordination. CBRE supports diverse applicants.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • People management and leadership experience preferred, including recruitment, training, development, mentoring, and appraising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training, conduct evaluations and coaching.
  • Coordinate and manage daily team activities, set schedules, assign tasks and cross-train staff.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships; negotiate with clients and partners to resolve priorities.
  • Ensure the team's support is efficient and consistent; suggest process improvements and develop strategic solutions.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day issues affecting staff and operations.
  • Coordinate events and meetings, including site proposals and post-event follow-up.
  • Train and coach staff to ensure brand standards and consistent service delivery.
