Job summary

JLL is seeking a Workforce/Workplace Associate to provide comprehensive workplace management and guest services at an on-site Columbus, OH location. You’ll handle reception, scheduling, procurement, and coordination of maintenance while delivering authentic, hospitality-driven support to employees and visitors.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Facilities Manager, vendor coordination, and managing space reservations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in facilities management, building management, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for employees and guests.
• Manage internal and external communications, including monitoring the main phone line.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and scheduling.
• Assist with meeting and conference room reservations.
• Monitor facility conditions and ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide direction to vendors and service providers for coordinated work.
• Support the Workplace Management team with daily operations.
