Job summary

JLL is seeking a Workplace Associate to deliver comprehensive workplace management and hospitality services at our Columbus, OH site. You will monitor facility conditions, coordinate maintenance, manage work orders, and support the Workplace Management and project teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes authentic service, proactive problem solving, and strong communication. Prior CMMS experience and proficiency with MS Office are required for success in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent experience in facilities management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in facility/property administration preferred.
• Experience with CMMS systems is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, hospitable environment for employees and guests.
• Manage internal/external communications and monitor the main phone line.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and manage work orders.
• Provide support to the Workplace Management team and project management.
• Assist with meeting/conference room reservations.
• Oversee visitor registration and access control.
