JLL is seeking a Workplace Coordinator in Chicago to drive comprehensive facilities services, partner with facility managers, and enhance workplace experiences. You will manage space, vendors, and technology support, ensuring smooth operations aligned with JLL's objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional presentation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with CMMS platforms (Corrigo preferred) and work order management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workplace programs to enhance engagement, collaboration, and well-being, while monitoring utilization and space optimization.
• Execute facility management protocols including preventive maintenance, vendor management, and work order coordination in CMMS.
• Manage procurement for supplies and services through vendor networks, processing POs and service contracts within budget.
• Serve as primary liaison with employees, visitors, vendors, and service providers, delivering proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Coordinate conference room bookings, space reservations, meeting technology support, and events needing facilities support.
• Administer security systems, access control, and visitor management per safety regulations and codes.
• Support tactical planning, project management activities, and maintain documentation for maintenance and compliance.
