Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator in Salt Lake City to deliver world-class customer service to employees and guests. You will serve as the first point of contact, greet visitors, issue passes, and manage on-site activities and events.

You will coordinate with vendors, support workplace services, and follow security procedures to ensure a safe, efficient environment for teams and clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employees and guests; greet them in a friendly, professional manner and issue visitor passes.
• Answer and route phone calls, create presentations, and manage communications.
• Coordinate and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on request.
• Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders and coordinate workplace services.
• Acknowledge inquiries or complaints and provide professional customer service solutions.
• Organize on-site events, secure space, set up/teardown, and arrange supplies.
• Follow security and emergency procedures; notify relevant parties for building safety.
• Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
• Explain information clearly within the team and follow manager directions.
