Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for visitors and employees; issue passes and greet guests.
• Answer phones professionally and prepare simple presentations.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities.
• Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders; coordinate workplace services.
• Address inquiries with a professional, service-driven approach.
• Organize on-site events; secure space, set up, and tear down.
• Follow site security and emergency procedures and notify the right people.
• Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
• Explain information clearly and follow manager directions.
• Apply established procedures to solve straightforward problems.
