Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Mountain View is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to deliver a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. You will act as the first point of contact, greet entrants, issue passes, and support daily operations.

You will coordinate events, arrange dining and recreational activities, manage on-site services, and coordinate with vendors while following security procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering world-class customer service.
• Ability to greet visitors and manage passes while following security protocols.
• Strong communication skills for phone and group presentations.
• Ability to coordinate events and activities on-site.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for visitors; greet warmly and issue passes per security protocols.
• Answer phones professionally and assist with meetings and presentations.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors.
• Coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, onboarding, and janitorial/maintenance.
• Acknowledge inquiries and provide professional, customer-service-driven solutions.
• Organize and manage on-site events; secure space, set up, and tear down, and coordinate supplies.
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures; notify stakeholders as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.
• Explain detailed information within the team and follow manager directions.
