Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior workplace experience in reception, hospitality, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch customer service to visitors and staff in a professional setting.
• Coordinate reception, conference rooms, and workplace requests with cross-department teams.
• Assist with travel and emergency notification support as needed.
• Protect confidential information and maintain security of sensitive data.
