Responsibilities

• Curate experiences in the workplace to make clients and staff feel valued.
• Provide high-touch customer service to visitors and guests.
• Collaborate across WE to own and share department tasks.
• Direct inquiries to the appropriate resource through cross-departmental collaboration.
• Liaise with WE staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
