• Ability to create scalable, practical learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver onboarding, technical, systems, and professional development programs.
• Create role-based learning pathways and train-the-trainer initiatives.
• Conduct operational reviews, quality audits, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Define service expectations and performance metrics with stakeholders.
• Leverage technology and knowledge management to improve adoption and effectiveness.
• Protect confidential information and maintain data security.
