Latham & Watkins LLP in New York City seeks a WE Senior Coordinator to support the Workplace Experience team, guiding a client-focused staff to deliver a best-in-class experience for internal and external clients. This in-office role requires presence Monday through Friday in the New York office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of workplace experience, hospitality or customer service management experience.
• Experience in hotel, facility/office management, or corporate environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class client service that is timely, accurate, and seamless.
• Streamline service delivery to improve in-office experience for colleagues, guests, and clients.
• Assist WE Managers with staffing/resource allocation and new hire onboarding/training.
• Interface with internal clients, delivering WE orientation to new personnel.
• Help prepare policies and SOPs and drive process improvements.
• Oversee multi-site Workplace Experience operations across locations and vendors.
