Job summary

Latham & Watkins in New York presents a Senior Coordinator role within Workplace Experience. You will partner with WE Managers to deliver a best-in-class client and colleague experience, guiding a team and coordinating staffing, onboarding, and SOPs for seamless multi-site operations.

The position requires a high school diploma and a bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), with at least five years in hospitality or customer service management, and strong communication and leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of workplace experience in hospitality or customer service management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in hotel, facility/office management or corporate environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class client service that is timely and accurate.
• Support WE Manager and guide a multi-site team.
• Assist with staffing, onboarding, and coaching.
• Coordinate WE orientation for new personnel.
• Help develop SOPs and process improvements.
• Oversee service delivery across multiple offices and vendors.
• Protect confidential information.
