Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high touch support to employees with tools, information, and wayfinding.
• Welcome employees and guests and create a positive first impression.
• Maintain space readiness for workspaces, conference rooms, and offices.
• Act as first line of response to user questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Submit work orders for repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Educate employees and visitors on equipment and space protocols.
• Escalate issues per protocols and share feedback with managers.
