Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to act as the onsite face of the client’s facilities program. You will greet employees and visitors, coordinate space and events, and provide high-touch support to ensure a safe, welcoming, and efficient workplace.

With a focus on hospitality, you will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver premier service, manage daily operations, and help create a superior employee experience across the campus and buildings.

Qualifications

• Four-year college/university degree / Minimum high school degree Or 4-7 years of hospitality experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in real estate services, travel/hospitality, retail, or change management.

Responsibilities

• Greet employees and visitors and direct them appropriately.
• Answer a multi-line phone system and route calls.
• Maintain reception, pantry and mother’s room areas.
• Coordinate conference room space and catering.
• Provide high touch support and respond to employee needs.
