Cushman & Wakefield’s Presence team seeks a Workplace Experience Coordinator to support events, programming, and workplace experiences across the DC portfolio. You will collaborate with property teams, manage reservations, vendor coordination, and tenant communications to deliver engaging experiences.

The role emphasizes guest hospitality, program execution, and data collection for engagement insights, with on-site presence across multiple buildings in the DC market.

Competenze

• Relevant experience in workplace experience, hospitality, tenant engagement, event coordination, or property services; multi-building or multi-site experience preferred.
• Experience supporting conference center or amenity reservations, event logistics, vendor coordination, expense tracking, and tenant or customer communications.
• Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and customer service skills, with a hospitality-minded approach and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize competing requests, coordinate with multiple teams, follow established procedures, and recognize when to elevate issues.
• Comfort with digital communication tools, reservation systems, tenant engagement platforms, and basic reporting tools to maintain accurate records and support daily operations.
• Ability to collect and organize engagement and utilization data, identify trends, and share practical observations that support operational improvements.

• Welcoming, on-site ambassador across assigned buildings, delivering responsive hospitality to tenants, guests, and visitors.
• Coordinate day-to-day service delivery with property teams to maintain hospitality standards.
• Report maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement to managers and partners.
• Manage conference center and amenity reservations, room setups, vendor logistics, and on-site event support.
• Coordinate pre-event checks, layouts, audiovisual requirements, and vendor access.
• Support visitor management procedures and tenant communications.
