Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to support customized events, programming, and experiences across a multi-building DC portfolio. The role focuses on on-site hospitality, tenant communications, and vendor coordination to deliver memorable experiences in conference centers and common spaces.

Reporting to the Senior Workplace Experience Manager, you will help manage room setups, signage, and app-based communications, while tracking engagement and feedback to

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in workplace experience, hospitality, tenant engagement, event coordination.
• Experience supporting conference center or amenity reservations, event logistics, vendor coordination, and tenant communications.
• Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and customer service skills, with a hospitality-minded approach and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize competing requests, coordinate with multiple teams, follow established procedures, and recognize when to escalate issues.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a welcoming, on-site ambassador across assigned buildings, delivering responsive, personalized hospitality to tenants, guests, and visitors.
• Coordinates conference center and amenity reservations, booking confirmations, room setup and reset, vendor logistics, and on-site event support according to procedures.
• Drafts and coordinates tenant communications, including digital newsletters, building app updates, digital signage, event promotions, and social content.
• Maintains programming calendars, coordinates event logistics, vendor schedules, supplies, and supports event setup, registration, and on-site execution.
