Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to be part of the on-site frontline team. You will ensure employees are productive, engaged, and well supported, managing a dedicated zone or building and acting as the first point of contact for questions and needs.

You will cultivate relationships, proactively identify issues, and maintain space readiness to enable a frictionless work environment. Exceptional communication and proactive problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in real estate services, travel/hospitality, retail, customer service or a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide high touch support to employees in the workplace, including tools, information and wayfinding.
• Give a warm welcome to employees and guests, leaving a positive first impression.
• Build trusted relationships with end users and cross functional colleagues.
• Act as first line of response to user questions, troubleshoot issues, and follow up as required.
• Ensure space readiness: workspaces, conference rooms, offices are properly equipped, stocked, reset and employee-ready.
• Submit work orders for repairs, maintenance, or furniture issues before end users are affected.
• Educate employees and visitors on equipment, processes, space use, and etiquette.
• Address complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions; follow up as needed.
• Gather voice of the customer data to capture service needs and share with managers.
