Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent relevant work experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, or DEI; advisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing workforce transformation workstreams across talent development, performance, workforce design and analytics
• Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholder management, meetings, workshops, deliverables, and project/financial management
• Drive development of thought leadership, tools, resources, and training for workforce transformation
• Contribute to methodologies and intellectual capital through articles, whitepapers and guides
• Participate in business development through opportunities and client outreach
