KPMG LLP in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Associate, Workforce Planning to support our Consulting practice. The role focuses on workforce transformation across talent development, performance, design and analytics, with collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier client service.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in related areas and a bachelor's degree, with advanced degrees in I/O Psychology or Organizational Development preferred.

Formación

• Minimum three years in Talent/Performance Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, or related areas.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience leading business transformation initiatives with stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in client-facing workforce transformation workstreams across talent development, performance, design and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service and manage stakeholders.
• Contribute to thought leadership, tools, resources and training for workforce transformation efforts.
• Develop and evolve methodologies and intellectual capital including articles and guides.
• Support business development through identifying opportunities and client outreach.
