Job summary

- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Experience leading business transformation initiatives with stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Participate in client-facing workforce transformation workstreams across talent development, performance, design and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service and manage stakeholders.
- Contribute to thought leadership, tools, resources and training for workforce transformation efforts.
- Develop and evolve methodologies and intellectual capital including articles and guides.
- Support business development through identifying opportunities and client outreach.
