Qualifikationen

• Experience in workforce strategy, organizational design, or talent transformation within a management consulting or industry context.
• Experience redesigning roles and operating models during large-scale technology or AI-driven transformation.
• Proven track record leading change programs at C-suite/VP levels.

Aufgaben

• Lead the people change agenda across enterprise transformation and evolve roles, capabilities and ways of working as AI takes over tasks.
• Define and own the workforce transition strategy aligned to the reinvention roadmap.
• Oversee role redesign and capability development in line with process blueprint and technology changes.
• Partner with Portfolio Strategy & Value Lead on workforce investment decisions and readiness.
• Engage CHRO-level stakeholders to align on workforce reinvention strategy.
