Job summary

Humana Government Business seeks a Workforce Management Professional 2 to liaise with HR and oversee staffing models and labor cost proposals for government contracts. You will participate in audits, manage the Position Tracking System, and coordinate with the contingent labor vendor.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, a Bachelor's degree, 3 years in HR dealing with compensation and confidential data, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Human Resources dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.
• U.S. citizenship required for DoD contract work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between HGB and HR to ensure compliance with government contracts.
• Provide guidance to Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System and respond to information requests from HR Partners.
• Collaborate with procurement to evaluate vendors meeting government contracting requirements.
• Coordinate screening/onboarding of temporary workers and processing invoices.
