Humana Inc. is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to serve as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources, ensuring DoD contract compliance and accurate staffing models.

You will manage the Position Tracking System, coordinate contingent labor, and produce routine reports while supporting pricing and audit processes. This remote role follows ET hours and offers a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for this DoD contract.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Three years of HR experience dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Humana Government Business (HGB) and Human Resources to ensure compliance with government contract requirements.
• Develop staffing models and labor cost proposals for government contracts.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with accurate staffing data.
• Produce monthly reports and support routine/ad hoc reporting from payroll and tracking systems.
• Coordinate onboarding of temporary workers, training, timecards, and vendor invoices.
• Assist with special projects and vendor contract terms with Corporate Procurement.
