Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required by the DoD contract.
• HGB cannot hire in Puerto Rico.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years HR experience handling compensation and confidential data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, graphs).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and HR to meet government contract requirements.
• Provide timely responses to HR Business Partners.
• Guide Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacancies are posted in Workday promptly.
• Collaborate with HGB pricing on staffing cost models.
• Read and interpret RFP requirements.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with updates.
• Produce monthly staffing reports.
• Develop and issue routine/ad hoc reports from the Position Tracking System and Workday.
• Manage relationships with the contingent labor vendor.
• Advise leaders on temporary staffing needs.
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers and verify timecards.
• Assist with contract terms with Corporate Procurement.
• Support special projects as assigned.
