Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced WFS Functional/Technical Consultant to support analysis and design of new workforce business processes. You will identify detailed requirements, liaise with the business community, and collaborate across multiple teams to deliver integrated technical solutions.

The role requires hands-on design in Workforce Software ADP, strong documentation, and a track record of delivering end-to-end implementations in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workforce Software Time and Attendance module.
• Minimum of 1 end-to-end Workforce Software ADP implementation, including hands-on design.
• Professionals in this position should have deep Workforce Software Knowledge including but not limited to:
• Functional Requirements gather in various modules. Time and Attendance, ACT, Job scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis and design of new function business processes.
• Serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in user and task analysis.
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, engage in multiple teams, and provide solutions within and across teams.
• Develop comprehensive documentation of business processes and requirements for clarity and alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues, sharing expertise and fostering collaboration.
• Analyze complex business challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize business functions and workflows.
