Accenture is seeking an experienced WFS Functional/Technical Consultant to support analysis and design of new Workforce Software business processes. You will gather detailed requirements, act as a liaison with the business, and lead teams across multiple groups to deliver integrated solutions.

Candidates should have deep Workforce Software experience including Time & Attendance and ADP integration, with a history of end-to-end implementation and client-facing consulting. Travel may be required.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience with Workforce Software Time and Attendance
• 1+ end-to-end ADP Workforce Software implementation with hands-on design
• Strong knowledge of Workforce Software modules including Time & Attendance, ACT, Scheduling
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years work exp) or 6 years if no degree
