Job summary

ADP is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to deliver the WorkForce Software Suite, configuring products to meet client needs and ensuring successful delivery. You will work with project teams, perform coding and testing, and develop your consulting and leadership skills through training and certifications.

The role supports a hybrid work model and involves travel up to 50% for client engagements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in software implementations.
• Experience with programming languages, preferably JavaScript, HTML and SQL.
• Experience implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies in a services delivery role.
• Ability to travel up to 50% with potential for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Configuration of the WorkForce Software Suite according to client requirements.
• Understand product configuration requirements and customize templates; troubleshoot settings.
• Understand project scope and implementation approach for assigned projects.
• Guide complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges.
• Communicate roadblocks and seek guidance in a timely manner.
• Create complex formulas using mathematical and programming skills.
• Perform unit and system testing of the configured application and verify test cases.
