Job summary

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, seeks a Technical Implementation Consultant to configure and deliver the WFS Suite to meet client needs. You’ll work with project teams through coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting while growing consulting and product knowledge through training and certifications.

Ideal candidates will configure time and scheduling modules, understand product configuration, and navigate client relationships with professional communication.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in software implementations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML and SQL.
• Experience implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Understanding of waterfall and agile methodologies in a services delivery role.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, with potential for international travel.
• Associates near a WorkForce or ADP office may follow hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Configure the WorkForce Software Suite (Time, Scheduling) according to client requirements.
• Understand product configuration requirements and how they affect database and templates.
• Manage project scope and implementation approach for assigned projects.
• Guide complex issues including administration and configuration challenges.
• Communicate roadblocks and seek guidance promptly.
• Create complex formulas using mathematical or programming skills.
• Perform unit and system testing and ensure test cases pass as required.
